This notice explains what information is used when you visit the website or contact Massoskript, and what choices and rights you have.
Massoskript OÜ is the controller of personal data used in direct communication with the salon. The current company and contact details are:
The website has no booking form or user account. Contact buttons open your phone, Viber or Telegram. Information you send is processed by the selected service and by Massoskript as part of your direct conversation.
Please share only the information needed to arrange or discuss your visit. Conversation details are kept only for as long as needed for the booking, customer communication and applicable legal obligations.
The hosting infrastructure and your browser may process basic request data, such as an IP address, time, requested page and device or browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Any technical logs are governed by the hosting configuration and retained only as needed for operation and security.
Google Maps, Instagram, Telegram and Viber are external services. The website contacts them only when you choose the relevant link. Their own privacy terms apply after you leave this website or open their application.
The contact-page map loads its style and map tiles from CARTO. CARTO receives the technical request needed to deliver them, which may include your IP address and browser or device information. The map is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting the treatment location clearly.
Google Analytics 4 processes website usage, approximate location, browser and device data for statistics only with your consent. You can decline it without losing access to the website, change your choice in the footer, and withdraw consent to stop Analytics and remove its accessible cookies.
When enabled, Google Analytics may receive page and interaction events together with technical information such as browser and device details and approximate location derived from an IP address. Google processes this information to provide aggregated website-usage reports. The site does not use advertising cookies or enable analytics for cross-site advertising.
You can change your decision through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables further collection, removes known Google Analytics cookies where the browser permits it, and reloads the page to unload the tag.
NEXT_LOCALE is a necessary first-party session cookie. It contains only the language code you explicitly select, is not used for analytics or tracking, and normally expires when you close your browser. The theme and analytics decision are kept in localStorage, while Google Analytics cookies are created only after your consent:

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you may also submit a complaint to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
